Users are eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the purchase date. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be entertained.

To initiate a refund, users must submit a request via email, including proof of purchase and a detailed reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to complete.
3. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
Users who initiate chargebacks without first seeking a resolution with MB First Digit may have their accounts permanently restricted. Any disputes regarding payments or refunds shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Lithuania.
